Psychotherapy is for anyone seeking to improve their emotional well being and personal relationships. Often we may believe that we ‘should get on with things and not cause a fuss’ however, research has persistently shown that people benefit greatly from counselling rather than ‘managing on their own’.
Guided Meditation
Guided meditation sessions are offered for those interested in deepening their meditation practices. The focus of these sessions are to increase mindful awareness of body and breath as a way of managing physical or emotional pain. These sessions are held weekly and are free of charge. Clinical Supervision
This is provided for trainees, fellow Psychologists or Counsellors wishing to enhance their practice. Sessions can be set up to meet your individual needs whether on a weekly or monthly basis. Supervision provided will be contribute towards your continual professional development (CPD).
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to overcome symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy for a few sessions people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference.

Court prepared assessments and report writing is available for those who seek expert opinions in psychological factors in Civil Law. Workshops & Seminars
Emotional stress can often be the leading cause of difficulties within people, in relationships and the work place. By learning how to recognise the symptoms, their causes and how to alleviate these, we can return to a balanced state. The workshops and seminars aim to share this knowledge with diverse audiences.
